This incident caused the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport in which 21 people sustained injuries by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

These detentions come after a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the those hurt during the incident. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Police detained a man in his thirties for suspected robbery and assault near the location. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of a number of individuals hurt by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.

The assault - which police said was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park briefly.
